Superintendent (1) EA

Qualification:

  • 7+ years of experience in Building Construction.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction trades, scheduling, engineering principles and techniques.
  • Extensive knowledge of various design and construction means, methods and materials, their characteristics, and installation procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • OSHA30 certification preferred 
  • Commitment to project safety 
  • Demonstrate management know-how, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to be a team player

Project Manager (1) EA

Qualification:

  • BA/BS + 4 years of construction management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. 
  • Good knowledge of construction management processes 
  • Strong Communication and Organization Skills 
  • Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards 
  • Good time-management skills 
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver

Intern (2) EA

Qualification:

  •  Pursuing a BS in Civil, Environmental, Construction Management or related discipline.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Office)
  • Strong interpersonal abilities for working in diverse team environments with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
